At Truecare Health Hub, we strive to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, the risk of loss and ownership of the products passes to you, the customer. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address and phone number are accurate.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you (such as a wrong name, address, or pin code), any additional charges incurred for re-delivery will need to be covered by you. Please note that once an order is successfully placed on our website, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Delivery Attempts:
If the recipient is unavailable at the address at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may leave the package with a neighbor and leave a notification note. Should a neighbor not be available to accept it, a message will be left at the door requesting the recipient to contact us. In such cases, the order will be considered delivered and is fully chargeable. If the recipient refuses to accept the order for any reason, Truecare Health Hub reserves the right to process the order as delivered and charge the full amount.
For items sent via courier or postal services, the terms and conditions of those respective service providers will apply.
Delivery Timelines and Service Terms:
While Truecare Health Hub makes every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that delays or early arrivals due to logistical reasons do not entitle the customer to compensation or damages. The maximum estimated delivery time is 7 business days from the date of dispatch. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion, without providing an explanation.
Need to make a change?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately. We will be happy to accommodate the change as long as your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
