Return and Refund Policy

You are free to cancel your order before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped from our end, cancellations will not be accepted.
You can request a return in the following situations by contacting our support team within 24 hours of delivery:
- If the product delivered is damaged or defective (returns won’t be accepted if the seal is broken or tampered with);
- If the product has expired or is past its expiry date;
- If the product delivered is different from what you had ordered.
While raising a return request, please mention your order number, full name, product name, and the reason for return. Our customer care team will review your complaint within 72 business hours. If the issue is found to be valid, we will either replace the item or process a refund, as decided by the management of Truecare Health Hub.
In case we are unable to process your order for any reason, the full amount paid will be refunded within 72 business hours from the time the order is cancelled by us. The refund will be processed through the original payment mode or any other method we find suitable.
Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been used;
- If the return request is made after the allowed time limit;
- If the product’s serial number, price tag, or label is missing or tampered with;
- If the wrong product was ordered by mistake;
- If the batch number on the product does not match the one mentioned on the invoice.
Truecare Health Hub also has the right to cancel any order without providing any reason.
