Truecare Health Hub – Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms and Conditions
1. Placing Your Order:
Cash on Delivery is a payment option provided for your convenience. This service is available for orders with a total value ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 2000.
2. Service Eligibility:
The COD option may not be available for all pin codes or for every customer. Truecare Health Hub holds the right to decide whether to offer COD on a per-order basis.
3. Order Verification:
To ensure accuracy, a team member from Truecare Health Hub may call you to verify and confirm your order details. Please note that if we are unable to reach you for this confirmation, your order might be subject to cancellation.
4. Making Your Payment:
At the time of delivery, you are required to pay the total bill amount in cash directly to our delivery partner. To make the process smoother, we recommend keeping the exact change ready.
5. Checking Your Purchase:
We encourage you to check the products at the time of delivery. If you notice any issues or have concerns regarding the items received, please bring it to the attention of the delivery person immediately and also report it to our customer support team as soon as possible.
6. Order Cancellations:
You can cancel an order placed with the COD method anytime before the item is shipped from our facility. Once the order has been handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts:
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address at the time of delivery, Truecare Health Hub reserves the right to cancel the order.
8. Applicable Charges:
Any additional charges, such as shipping or handling fees, will be clearly communicated to you during the order confirmation process.
9. Returns and Refunds:
Orders paid for via COD are eligible for returns and refunds as per the standard return policy of Truecare Health Hub. If a refund is approved for a COD order, the amount will be credited to the bank account details you provide to us.
